SUMMER OF THE SOCK!
First meeting Thursday, June 14th Summers are busy for everyone, but there is no reason to lose touch with your knitting.
The secret is to keep it simple…… Join us for the Sock Knitters Club, if you are already a fan of
socks, come and share your successes. If you would like to learn how to knit socks come try one of the many techniques availablefor sock knitting. We will meet from 9-10 every other Thursday.
The cost to join is a one time fee of $15.00. This fee will be used to purchase yarn for Sue Thompson’s www.headhuggers.org. This charity not only provides hats for chemo patients but also funds a knitting outreach project for women prisoners.
